	 and dive into stories that\nconsider the cultural and ecological knowledg
	e of the Middle Rio Grande Valley.\nParticipants should expect to bike up 
	to 8 miles total\, on mostly flat and\npaved\, gravel and dirt trails. Mou
	ntain bikes are preferred but road bikes can\nalso manage. We will begin a
	t Tingley Beach and make stops along the way to the\nRio Grande Nature Cen
	ter. This program will run for four hours with breaks for\nrest\, lunch an
	d observations. Please bring water\, snacks\, a journal or\nsketchbook and
	 something to write with. Herbal tea made from seasonal native\nplants is 
	always served so bring a thermos! Your guide and facilitator is a\ncertifi
	ed naturalist and is trained in Wilderness First Aid\, CPR and Mental\nHea
